Anodizing, passivation, heat treat, laser marking and kitted sub-assembly — all managed through our vetted partner network under a single purchase order, with certs for every process in the final doc package.
6061-T6, 7075-T651, 5083, MIC-6 cast plate. Our highest-volume family — thin-wall aerospace structures, heat sinks and housings. High-speed spindles and vacuum workholding keep thin walls flat to 0.001″ over 20 inches.
Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5), Grade 2 CP. Rigid workholding, low-heat toolpaths and flood coolant strategy developed across 14,000+ flight-hardware parts. Full mill-cert traceability from ingot to invoice.
303, 304, 316L, 17-4PH, 4140, A2/D2 tool steels, Inconel 718. Hardened-state machining to 62 HRC, passivation per AMS 2700, and EDM backup when geometry outruns the end mill.
PEEK, Delrin (POM), UHMW, Ultem, G-10. Dedicated tooling and dust extraction keep engineering plastics free of metal contamination — critical for medical and semiconductor customers.
