Straight answers on quoting, files, tolerances and lead times
  • STEP (.stp/.step) is preferred, along with a PDF drawing for tolerances, threads and finish callouts. We also accept Parasolid, IGES and native SolidWorks files. No drawing? We'll machine to ±0.005″ default tolerance and note it on the quote.

Ordering, Lead Times & Shipping

What are typical lead times?

Prototypes ship in 3–7 business days; low-volume production in 2–3 weeks; full production programs are scheduled to your kanban or blanket-order dates.

Can you expedite?

Yes — true expedite slots are held open daily. 24–72 hour turnaround is possible on many milled and turned parts for a quoted premium.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide for non-ITAR work with full commercial invoicing and HS codes. ITAR hardware ships only per your export license.

What are your payment terms?

Net 30 for established accounts; first orders are card or ACH. Production programs can be structured with milestone billing.
